predicated on keeping the Rabin murder truth under wraps.
But how long can that last?

Your subconscious mind cannot distinguish between a real event
and a make believe event.

What this means is, if you begin acting as though you have the
ideal body of your dreams, soon enough your bconscious mind will
begin working to realize those actions and will begin creating
the picture you hold to be your ideal body.

I have a huge list of goals that I want to achieve during my life time. Some goals are small like learning to keep a goldfish alive for longer than a month. Other goals are more significant like traveling to all fifty states or learning a second language. As I continue to learn new things and accomplish goals on my list it seems that I also add new goals to my list so that it never gets much smaller or much bigger. I think I’ll always have more goals than I can accomplish. I recently accomplished a goal that has been on my list since its beginning. I started taking guitar lessons.

So why do people begin

It’s New Year’s time again and traditionally people resolve to change their lives for the better. We want to stop smoking, earn more money, spend time with the family, and so on. But the number one resolution has to be losing weight.

If they do consulting or create audio products, voice
maintenance needs to be one of their top self-care
priorities. This information also applies to singers,
coaches, or sales professionals.

“He’s just not that into you.” Have you heard this statement? Maybe it’s time to look at some important and perhaps missing elements in your self-worth. I think it is time to rediscover your dignity, self-respect, and “I’ve got better things to do” attitude, rather than hope for someone to come around who’s just not that into you.
