



A big part of prayer is the creative visualization aspect. You must visualize and hold the picture in your mind of the best solution for that person and situation or yourself. You must not waver in that thought. You also must recognize the divine and true nature of that person, which only recognizes the perfect balance and wellness. When you speak out loud you also activate a tremendous power of kinetic energy, and electro-magnetic power that immediately acts on the environment around you, inside of you, or for another person.




Meditation is a wonderful method of helping the entire body to relax. Through a system of breathing exercises the body naturally feels the stress being released and for many people it allows them to be much more open and receptive.

The ultimate aim of a Buddhist is to attain nirvana. The nirvana is a state where one is liberated from all bindings and does not have to go through the cycle of birth and death. Meditation is a set of techniques through which a Buddhist can realize the state of nirvana.
